Laalaa Docs

Quickstart

Three steps: get a key, set the base URL, make your first model call.

  1. 1Get an API key

    Keys are issued by the Telegram sales bot or a reseller. Keys start with sk- and you can verify yours on the Check key page.

    Check your key →

  2. 2Set the base URL

    OpenAI SDKhttps://api.laalaa.me/v1
    Anthropic SDK / Claude Codehttps://api.laalaa.me
    Don't append /v1 for the Anthropic SDK — it adds the path itself. More on this: Base URL.
  3. 3Make your first request

    Pick your SDK:

    cURL
    curl https://api.laalaa.me/v1/chat/completions \  -H "Authorization: Bearer sk-xxxxxxxxxxxx" \  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \  -d '{    "model": "claude-opus-4-8",    "messages": [{"role": "user", "content": "Hello"}]  }'
    Python · OpenAI SDK
    from openai import OpenAI

    client = OpenAI(
        base_url="https://api.laalaa.me/v1",
        api_key="sk-xxxxxxxxxxxx",
    )

    res = client.chat.completions.create(
        model="claude-opus-4-8",
        messages=[{"role": "user", "content": "Hello"}],
    )
    print(res.choices[0].message.content)
    Python · Anthropic SDK
    import anthropic

    client = anthropic.Anthropic(
        base_url="https://api.laalaa.me",
        api_key="sk-xxxxxxxxxxxx",
    )

    msg = client.messages.create(
        model="claude-opus-4-8",
        max_tokens=1024,
        messages=[{"role": "user", "content": "Hello"}],
    )
    print(msg.content[0].text)

Verify your key

A 200 with a model list means the key works; 401 means it doesn't.

bash
curl https://api.laalaa.me/v1/models \  -H "Authorization: Bearer sk-xxxxxxxxxxxx"
